Consent to Receive Messages

We text you only if you ask us to. Giving us your phone number is not consent on its own — you are added to appointment messages only by ticking the SMS consent box yourself, and it is never ticked for you. Consent is not required to book.

Account notifications and security alerts
Aftercare or follow-up instructions, when relevant

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on your bookings and account activity — typically 1 to 5 messages per appointment.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or of booking an appointment.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please do not rely on SMS alone for a time-critical change to your appointment — call the studio.

How to Opt-Out

You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message.

How You Opt In

We only text you if you ask us to. When you book at Selden Ink, the "Your info" step of the booking form asks for your phone number and shows the checkbox below — unchecked by default. Ticking it is the only way you are added to appointment texts, and you are never required to tick it to book. The same checkbox appears on each artist's inquiry form.
